About Dr. Pranav Thusay
Dr. Pranav Chandrashekhar Thusay is a Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon — and Pune's first and only dedicated Lymphedema Surgeon. With an M.Ch in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and four international fellowships, he has performed over 1,000 microsurgical reconstructions and 600+ aesthetic surgeries, blending surgical precision with a deeply patient-centred philosophy.
He serves as the Head, Director and Lead Plastic Surgeon at PeriFORMÉ Centre — a premier surgical institution in Pune trusted by a discerning clientele including prominent personalities and celebrities. He is also the Global Fellowship Director of the PeriFORMÉ Surgical Fellowship, training the next generation of reconstructive surgeons from across India and abroad.
In recognition of his innovative approach to surgical education and creativity, Dr. Thusay has been appointed as the Indian Ambassador for Creativity amongst Surgeons by McMaster University, Canada — a prestigious international distinction. His professional memberships include the World Society of Reconstructive Microsurgery (WSRM) and the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS).
